For longer stays or if you just like to cook it has a full Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink, in counter hotplate, dishwasher, filter coffee maker. 2 luxurious queen beds in beautiful island decor. Everything you could ask for in the perfect beach vacation rental! Community heated pool and hot tub,  playground! Patio for 2 with lush tropical landscape! Restaurants just steps away and even a tiki bar and live entertainment every night at Sunset Grille. JUST Get away and RELAX!

Wonderful Studio rental with two queen beds and kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink, in counter hotplate, filter coffee maker and island, just 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and easy walking distance to two fantastic restaurants and bars. Relax under the palm trees, walk on the boardwalk, fish on the pier or take a charter fishing boat! This gated location has all the amenities and close to everything!

Combination lock door lock, Access all of the resort amenities. The pool and hot tub have childproof locks on the gates just reach over the top of the gate and pull up on the knob to unlock the gate plus shuffleboard and basketball courts. Also feel free to walk the boardwalk, pier, restaurants, beach which are all just 2 to 3 minutes walk  away from the condo

This is part of a unique boutique community with amenities on the manatee river and Tampa Bay and Charter Fishing fleet. Please call the Marina directly to make boat slip reservations and charter trips, boat trailers are not allowed to be parked around the Inn but can be accommodated in the grass lot across from the Marina

Uber and Lyft are available but sometimes long waits, i would recommend renting a car if you don't have your own. My cleaners brother in law has a Turo car and may also be available to give you rides if necessary, please pay him directly

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
