Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Also during a longer stays we will have the cleaner come around after 2 weeks to clean and then ofcourse the final clean after you leave. The cleaning fees are already included, there is no extra charge for this service. They are prorated. There is a flat fee of $180 with every reservation regardless of the length of stay, a linen fee of $25/stay. Plus an additional cleaning fee of $5/night. So for example a 3 night stay is $220. A week will be $240, two weeks $275, a month is going to be $355, etc. Also lastly we have ring security cameras on the exterior of the house only. 1 door bell and one on the rear for security. There are no cameras inside the house!
