A luxurious Queen bed in beautiful island decor. Everything you could ask for in the perfect beach vacation rental! heated pool, WiFi, cable TV. Johns Pass restaurants and shops 3+ blocks away. "Lisa's" Cafe next door for brunch. JUST Get away and RELAX!

recommend a car to get to local stores although many are within walking distance, please note parking is at a premium, we are only allowed one vehicle per apartment, although you can park anywhere around the building there is 1 less parking space than units so it's first come first served. There is a paid public parking lot adjacent if you have more than one vehicle but I highly recommend you use taxis or uber

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Please note your reservation is not finalized until payment is received by completing the credit card information request in the secure link that is automatically emailed to you. Booking.com requires me to collect payments manually. I cannot take "cash" on arrival as they suggest, payment must be made via a valid credit card and reservations will be cancelled if not received so as not to block the calendar for other guests, thankyou
