For longer stays or if you just like to cook it has a kitchenette with full size fridge, Microwave, hotplate, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster. 1 luxurious King bed and 1 Full sleeper sofa. Everything you could ask for in the perfect beach vacation rental! Community heated pool with hottub! basketball, playground. Patio for 2 with lush tropical landscaping! 2 Restaurants in easy walking distance and even a tiki bar and live entertainment every night at Sunset Grille! JUST Get away and RELAX!

Combination lock door lock, Access all of the resort amenities. The pool and hot tub have childproof locks on the gates just reach over the top of the gate and pull up on the knob to unlock the gate plus feel free to use the boardwalk, pier, restaurants and beach all steps away from the condo.

There is a small private beach on the property. Little Harbor beach is accessible at all times, it is part of the Little Harbor resort and located behind the Sunset Grille. The studio itself is not directly on the beach but literally maybe a minutes walk away. For bigger beaches there is Apollo beach 10mins away and St Pete beach 40mins

There are two restaurants on property Hooks is right around the corner and is a casual diner/bar setting overlooking the river with great food. Sunset Grille is on the Tampa Bay side with a view of the sunsets and St Petersburg it has great food, a Tiki bar and live entertainment every night. If you want something a little more upscale Circles is a very nice restaurant about 10 minutes down the road in Apollo Beach

Uber and Lyft are available but sometimes long waits, i would recommend renting a car if you don't have your own. My cleaners daughter may also be available to give you rides if necessary, please tip her directly

This is part of a unique boutique community with amenities on the manatee river and Tampa Bay and Charter Fishing fleet. Please call the Marina directly to make boat slip reservations and charter trips, boat trailers are not allowed to be parked around the Inn but can be accommodated in the grass lot across from the Marina

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
