Wonderful Studio rental with two Queen beds, also has microwave, fridge and filter coffee maker, just a 2-3 minute walk from the beach and easy walking distance to two fantastic restaurants and bars. Relax under the palm trees, walk on the boardwalk, fish on the pier or take a charter fishing boat! This gated location has all the amenities and close to everything!

Combination lock door lock, Access all of the resort amenities. The pool and hot tub have childproof locks on the gates just reach over the top of the gate and pull up on the knob to unlock the gate plus feel free to walk the boardwalk, pier, restaurants, beach all steps away from the studio

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SECOND FLOOR UNIT WITH NO ELEVATOR  so if your mobility is compromised I would recommend renting one of my ground floor units, contact me for availability

Uber and Lyft are available but sometimes long waits, i would recommend renting a car if you don't have your own. My cleaners daughter may also be available to give you rides if necessary, please tip her directly

This is part of a unique boutique community with amenities on the manatee river and Tampa Bay and Charter Fishing fleet. Please call the Marina directly to make boat slip reservations and charter trips, boat trailers are not allowed to be parked around the Inn but can be accommodated in the grass lot across from the Marina

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
